Extraglam Cosmetics is offering you standard return and exchange policy. If your product is eligible for a refund, if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please return it to us and we’ll arrange for a replacement. Before returning any item please call our team and confirm exchange. But some conditions apply. Those are:
- Please check the order in front of the delivery person (Inside Dhaka).
- If any defect/problem is found, inform the us as soon as possible along with a picture.
- If our team find the complaint is correct then we will change/replace the product or adjust the payment. Return and exchange possible within 3 days of an order has been received.
- After 3 days we don’t accept any claim of return or exchange.
- Customer must return product with original invoice.
- The Return Policy will not be valid if intact stickers, label, cap or any other thing on product has been removed or product has been used or if the product does not suit you.
If your product is eligible for a refund, then contact with our customer service.Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge. If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by Sundarban Courier Service/ SA Poribahan. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charge.
